In 1999 the Victorian Board of Studies exclusively listed numerous Media Australia educational videos as preferred resources for the newly accredited VCE courses for 2000 - 2004; a substantial endorsement of the quality, appeal and relevance of MA's expertise. In 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1998 educational programs produced by MA's principals were nominated for prestigious ATOM (Australian Teachers' of Media) Awards in the categories of 'In Context', 'Best Science Documentary', 'Best Educational Resource', and 'Best Secondary School Educational Video Resource'. MA principals Geoff Russell and Peter Wiseman have over 50 years' combined experience in education, training and instructional video design - complemented by professional practice in all facets of broadcast video, film and audio production. The pair is backed by a team of educational, production and technical specialists - all utilising the latest digital production facilities.
